Yamaha Clavinova CLP-820 Electric Piano - Now gone

Recommended Posts

Edit - reduced to ?200

Yamaha Clavinova CLP-820 Electric Piano for sale as I've recently upgraded to a new model.

Cosmetically the instrument is in perfect condition, but it has the following faults (hence the low price):

The socket for the sustain pedal was dislodged. I have a new replacement socket which needs to be soldered to the board. And the lowest octave along with three other keys don't make any sound because the contact strip is worn in places.

Before deciding to go for the upgrade I got a quote for 225? for the work which should have the instrument back to its best. This includes replacing the key contact strip and boards, and repairing the pedal socket.

Please contact me if you need any more information or would like to see the piano.

    • Well I don’t approve for a shop doing the same food to open so near - just wrong in my opinion. Why not go to the village, Peckham - foot fall would be great in Peckham and certainly more multi  cultural than ED. Village has money but doubt foot fall would be as good as ED.  At least they could have gone to the stretch leading up to Peckham Rye or why not bottom of Barry Road?? Or even North Cross Road I for one, on principal won’t be going in.
    • Heh yeah haven't even bothered to remove the emdash. The OP is AI slop as well.
    • The street directory is on Ancestry and you'll need a subscription to access.  It's reasonably easy to navigate though you have to find the page you're looking for by a combination of trial and error/guesswork.  https://www.ancestry.co.uk/imageviewer/collections/61265/images/47056_263021009499_1592-00159?usePUB=true&_phsrc=Soz1793 There is though also a general search page for London directories where the street name can be entered in the keyword field and results will take you to the specific pages. https://www.ancestry.co.uk/search/collections/61265/
