Reports say she was having a mild stroke at the time so it's not really funny.

ETA I'm not saying you are saying it's funny wjfox. When I saw it first I thought there was a problem with the recording

CBS have now confirmed it was not a stroke and she is fine, so it's okay to laugh. It appears it was just a major attack of nerves!

From what I read it could have been one of several things and much worse than an attack of nerves.

Turns out she had migraine aura, a type of migraine that can mimic symptoms of a stroke:
