1-2 bedroom flat to rent needed asap

Myself and my boyfriend are looking for a 1-2 bed flat to rent with access to some outside space for our cat, Albert. We need to move by 2nd August. We are a professional couple (I'm a teacher and my partner is a Medical Researcher) in our 30's. We have lived in the area for a long time, love it and so would love to stay.
