Advice on nursery/ primary schools please!

Hi,

We have a nanny for our child until he is 2. After that I realise I need to look into nursery etc. Are there any recommendations of good nurseries nearer to Nunhead way? Also, is it better to go with a nursery attached to a school so there is more chance of admission to the school or does it not matter?

Attending a school's nursery carries no weight on receiving a reception place. Reception places are allocated through the council based on catchment and/or siblings.
