It has great transport links: 15 minutes walk to either Peckham Rye or Denmark Hill station (Overground). It is also only a 2 min walk to the nearest bus stop, 15 mins bus to Oval (Northern line) or 20 mins bus to Vauxhall (Victoria).

Nearby shops include a Sainsbury's Express, local convenience stores and Peckham Rye is only a 10 mins walk away as well as two big Morrisons (Camberwell and Peckham). Also close to pubs in both Camberwell and Peckham and the South London Gallery is opposite the flats.

Our contract ends September 2nd but we have vacated already so are looking to sublet until then. After Sep 2nd the back room will be available for full tenancy in a flat share with two creative male tenants, one of whom will be present during the sublet.
