Recommendation for Solicitor - First Time Buyer

Hello! Haart set me up with an outrageously expensively solicitor for my first time buy, can anyone recommend an efficient but competitive solicitor?

William Bailey who used to be in Lordship Lane and is now on East Dulwich Road. We used him to purchase a house where we had a 8 week deadline for the process to go through.

I've used Glazer Delmar on Northcote Rd before, happy with them.

Second Glazer Delmar on Northcross Road they were great we used Harpreet, she was great at communication, clear and very speedy

We had an excellent experience with Amphlett Lissimore. Sarah, their dedicated conveyancer is very knowledgable and good at talking you through the process. Very quick responses to emails. Based in Raynes Park but it can all be done remotely. They have a branch in Crystal Palace too.
