which man & van pick up do you use?

Can anyone on the forum recommend a man & van collection service? I'm collecting a sofa this weekend so I need to book someone in to help. Thought this would be the best place to start!

I have used a couple from the Forum, most recently smith 41 [Keith, 07818568095]. He picked up an architect's cabinet locally and delivered it to Sussex for my mother. Very careful and professional and not too expensive either. He can provide 2 men if necessary.
