I saw a noticeboard the other day, " older children were not allow to use

parents spaces," did I miss understood something! anyway my friends and I went to Ruskin P. with our kids.

we thought was quite extraneous thing to think about people when they miss the plot.

Might be easier to go the other way and designate "Able and Unencumbered Spaces" away from the entrance and label all the other spaces as "Needy or Greedy" spaces and see what happens.
