Its a beautiful two-bed maisonette flat on the topfloor of a listed building with wooden floors downstairs and carpeted bedrooms upstairs. One room already has someone in - my lovely friend Paul and his very cute cat.

The room is ?800 pcm, with bills/council tax etc on top of that.

It's on the east side of the Rye(SE15 side, near Nunhead) next to Solomon's Passage if you want to see where it is on a map.

Bed provided, if wanted. Available from Monday.

  I go to Honeys on Cheltenham Road (SE15 3AR) - really reasonable prices and only 10 minutes on the 484 bus
