Floor Sander recommendation

Hi All, I wanted to recommend a floor sander who we originally found on this site. Phil did our landing initially, then our bedroom, the boards were very old and had carpet over them for a long time. They now look great. We then gave Phil our keys and he did the whole downstairs kitchen and living room space while we were on holiday. He asked if I would recommend him and I said I'd be happy to post on some local boards. Details below:
