Parking spaces and valuations

When a property is valued is the fact that there is a dedicated parking space expressed in the valuation by virtue of a percentage of the property price or a flat sum ?

To translate:

Does having a parking space add (say) 5% to the property ?

Or "Parking space, that's an extra five grand on the valuation !"

I ask as many people are upset over vandalism to their cars.

Large vats of acid are environmentally unfriendly except when you clean the drains.

Coming from the old school I use a chain saw as it cuts through clothes and body fibres on the pigs which have been dressed in clothes for the occasion. I do the job within a polythene spatter tent, reducing incident noise whilst playing hits of the 80s.

Would all that work within your garage ?
