There's nothing wrong with offering more dosh to do some extra bits, when I was a teen I probably would have said yes to that but definitely no to ironing. BUT it does seem your trying to prove a point.

We are looking for someone to pick up our son from Oakfield Prep in West Dulwich at 6 pm and bring him home to Fellbrigg Road in East Dulwich two to three times per week and mind him for an hour.

Is this something you can accomodate?
