I do but rarely. I’ve had to stop a woman bothering my dog, trying to touch her when she was tied up and on her own. Please don’t approach dogs when they’re waiting. Why would anyone? Yet it happens. Always ask permission before you approach someone’s dog. Sometimes I pay the homeless guy to hold her if I need to pop in, but there are shop she can come into so there’s no need really. -
It’s the same for wheelie bins. So many bins are left out obstructing the pavement when there is plenty of room to store them within the property boundary. -
