Lovely cat needs a new home

I am looking for a new home for my 14 year old cat, Jack. His life has been turned upside down by the arrival of our twins in December and he's not coping with the change. We also had to put his brother down due to illness earlier this year so he's had a lot of change to deal with.

He's a shy, gentle cat who loves affection and a warm lap to lie on. He goes outside but much prefers being an indoor cat. He is neutered, fully up to date with his annual boosters and in seemingly good health. Ideally I'd like to find a new home for him with my other cat, Kitty. She is 7, much more of an independent and outdoor cat and not bothered by the changes at home. Although very different personalities, they are often found cuddled up together.
