Hi all

Looking to buy a flat in the area soon. Really like the bit around Camberwell Old Cemetery. Is there anything I should know about buying a period property in very close proximity to the Bredinghurst or Ladlands flats? I don't know anything about them - privately owned or Local Authority/combination of both? I don't want to lazily assume there's any problem at all but it would be useful to know if there have been problems of any kind or anything to be aware of - the estate agent is hardly likely to tell me!

I could put this on the Property board but the question is really more about the experiences of local residents.
