Lovely Nanny needed for baby twins - December (Sydenham)

Recommended Posts

We are a working couple living in Sydenham with two lovely, happy b/g twins (9 months old). Seeking an experienced, caring and reliable live out nanny to join our family from December. Non-smoker and fluent English essential.

3 days a week from 07:30 - 18:30.

We?re looking for someone that is kind, caring and patient, with a good sense of humour and fun. It is important that you have an interest in child development, take the initiative and have a proactive approach to introducing children to new activities and helping to develop their reading and communication skills. You'll need to be physically fit and active (our babies are heavy and we have lots of stairs in the house) - on the plus side, you won't need to pay for a gym subscription!

The right candidate will be experienced at working with infants and toddlers, with childcare qualifications, first-aid training and with fluent English. We'd like someone who enjoys cooking healthy and nutritious meals and is a non-smoker. You will need to have a full clean driving license, be DBS checked, with full references. A passion for music, art and/ storytelling would be advantageous.

You will need to be calm and organised and be able to multi task to manage the babies? needs ? experience of twins/multiples would be advantageous but not essential.

Our babies are lovely, content little people who are a lot of fun ? if you?d like to apply to be our nanny please send a CV with covering letter and details of 2 referees.

    • Back to the good things about cycling - social rides organised by Southwark Cyclists, wonderful, always posted on the events page
    • I only go there about every couple of months now (to put my flimsy plastic in the recyling bins). What a dismal, grubby experience it has become! I don't go to Sainsburys Forest Hill either because of their requirement to have me download a parking app on my phone. Luckily we have many supermarket choices nearby and I find Waitrose deliveries, Sainsburys Local on foot, Lidl and Aldi cover it all.
    • I've started going to Morrisons in Peckham and have been pleasantly surprised at their range of products. Shopping in Sainsburys  DKH is such as trial now, no staff, inconvenient malfunctioning machines and a general feeling that customers can go and take  running jump.
