Come and join me for some exciting and creative workshops interweaving yoga and crafts to explore and discover tools that help children to feel empowered and find their inner calm.

As well as taking part in a fun yoga session we will be using arts and crafts to further explore the themes of the class.

This week we will be making breathing wands that will help us discover the power of our breaths.
