Virgin Media, No signal Internet and TV

Hi All,

Our Virgin Media services has been down since Tuesday. We are based on the corner of Grove Vale and Coplestone RD. I spoke with them few times already but getting different story each time.

Is there anyone out there from same area having the same issues at the moment?

Mine has been intermittent and very slow for the last couple of days in Keston.

We have been having trouble (yet again) in the past few days but are quite a long way from you (top of Upland Road). We're back online again but when they did their remote diagnostic thing, they saw something that warranted sending an engineer - who is coming next week.

We have someone coming next Friday. I called them last night and they did something with Internet; it worked for an hour.

I will try to call them again. I'm so fed up with them.
