Have left it very late (am 39 weeks) but am desperately trying to find somewhere locally that hires out TENS machines. I had been under the (naive!) impression that you could leave this to the last minute and stroll into any pharmacy to get one but have tried Boots (Forest Hill and Peckham), Lloyds, Co-op and Kings CH with no luck! Does anyone know of anywhere locally that supplies them? Am running out of time and hope!

Thanks

Hi all

Thanks for all the tips and suggestions - I've managed to track one down at the Fourways Pharmacy! Mothercare didn't seem to know what I was talking about (especially when I started asking about replacement pads!) and maintained I had to order one online... But got there in the end - hooray!

Thanks again

    • Highly reccomend SE23 Podietry Near the Brockley Jack pub. P4 stops opposite  I used to go to Woodwarde Rd but SE23 are way cheaper and a milliontimes better I've been going to them for around 5 years Allan (the owner) is incedible as are all their staff
    • The bluebottles are getting rid of the excrement. I doubt many people are actually feeding the foxes. What evidence do you have of that? What do you think they are feeding them that disagrees with their digestion? I expect there were foxes in this part of  London long before there were people here.
    • Perhaps because those who feed them, don't give them proper food, rather stuff which clearly disagrees with their digestion. plus they are scavengers, eating anything they find,  You are not alone, likewise a daily occurrence clearing up their excrement. The worst bit is the bluebottles which feed off the excrement. IMO London needs a fox cull.
    • Thank you for all the advice, really helpful.  Fingers crossed we’ll find him soon.
