We are a young professional couple, both working full time, seeking a 2 bed flat. We?ve outgrown our current 1-bed and looking for a bit of extra space. We?ve rented privately from landlords over the past several years and can provide excellent references.

Budget is up to ?1700 pcm, and would prefer something within ? mile of Goose Green. Could go a bit higher, but will of course be relative to the place.

Requirements:

? 2 bedrooms (ok if one is smaller)

? Within walking distance of Peckham Rye overground & East Dulwich Rail

? Must have private garden (though roof terrace may be considered)

? Both Furnished and Unfurnished will be considered

Please send pm if you have something of interest. Looking to move by end of October.

Thanks,

Devin

Hi Devin,

I hope you're well.

I am a private landlord and am looking for tenants for our 2-bed flat in Peckham Rye.

It's our former home, but we moved to Manchester seven years ago and our tenants have just moved out.

I've had it redecorated and refreshed throughout.

It is currently on Gumtree and Openrent, so you may seen it. If you haven't would you like to view it on Sat or Sun as I am coming down to show it to people.

My number is 07919 165934 if you'd like to have a chat.

Best wishes

Richard

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
