the concrete house on tv today

hi for those interested in the concrete house on lordship lane it was on the tv today. A programme called Britains empty homes on bbc 1. I just watched on iplayer and only brief but really interesting, shows pics of how it used to look and the plans for how it is going to be developed.

What is finally being done about the concrete house?

It is being renovated by a Housing Association and turned into flats (I think!)
