Hello, As a new resident in East Dulwich. After finally settling in. I really like the local community and all amenities are close by. There is so much to discover, slowly but surely. The removal firm Elephant Removals who moved me here were top guys, friendly and very helpful in every way. One of the crew member was a local lad and he helped me so much during my move as well as telling me best places to go out and eat with family etc. Definitely a thumps up for Elephant Removals and the people of East Dulwich. Thank you

    • The last I heard was that an artificial wood is being used for the superstructure. I believe the bridge was rebuilt sometime in the 1980s so it’s evident that natural wood does not last very long in such a damp location. This alternative material is coming from Australia and has been delayed due to the Red Sea being closed and international shipping being diverted around the Cape.
