I am a male dancer and choreographer in my early fifties looking for a new home as the flat I live in now is being sold. I am self employed and my max rent I want to pay is 500,- pcm incl bills.

I am self employed, have been living in London for 20 years now. I am a quiet tenant, like it fairly tidy and do singing practice every now and then. ( max 1 hour a day, I have a beautiful voice) I would appreciate quiet, maybe a garden and green spaces around me very much. I take my time to warm up with people, and need my own space a lot. I can be lots of fun, too.
