Actually, if they are going through the green bins, rather than the blue, then they are not looking to 'steal' ID information etc. So they are probably looking for non recyclable materials which have been discarded. Which I really wouldn't be worried about.

They were also on Derwent Grove this afternoon, I said to her that she shouldn't be going through people's bins and she replied saying she was looking for shoes!!

There was a post on here a while ago saying someone was looking for shoes in bins. Weird. Wonder how often she finds any?!
