Driving through London on marathon day

I need to drive from ED to central London (behind Oxford Street) for various reasons this Sunday. Does anyone know whether I'll be able to cross the river at Vauxhall and get into town via Victoria?

Vauxhall will be clear, but as its probably the only place to cross the river other than the Blackwall tunnel, its going to be packed!

That was helpful for me too, thanks! I have a friend travelling to see me (forgot about the marathon...) And to add to the question how much of the day is taken up with difficult road closures for motorists?
