Room to rent in 2 bed flat on East Dulwich Grove NOW LET

Hello all,

I am moving abroad and am looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 2-bed flat on East Dulwich Grove (close to the hospital). I am looking to sell the furniture pictured in the photos of the room, so please feel free to take a closer look.

The rent is 760? and monthly bills are about 90?. The deposit is 6 weeks rent.

My flatmate is 30, works in Westminster and a very friendly and sociable guy. I am sad to be leaving him and the place behind so hopefully I can find someone suitable to fill the space.

I am looking to move out end of September, but am flexible with +/- 1 week. The landlord would like references, but this is easily done via him.
