Large Ensuite Double Room - short let or Mon-Fri let

We have a large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom in our house that we would like to try and let on a short term basis (6 months or less), or ideally on a Monday-Friday basis.

The 4 bed house is in SE6 - we are a small family with a v well behaved 18 month old, who sleeps through and is on the top floor, and 2 cats. Would suit a female who is relatively quiet!

Large house in SE6 right near to Catford and Catford Bridge, and numerous parks. Recently renovated so in perfect condition. Room would come furnished.

Price would be negotiable depending on length of stay etc
