My Wii Problem

Anyone suffered from having a remote that doesn't work? Have put in new batteries but it appears as dead as a dodo.It's probably months since it was last used. The other one works fine though. Did you find a solution to get yours going again?

The console might have 'forgotten' it.

You can reconnect them by using the red buttons:

Open the battery cover on the controller and there is a Red Button. On the Wii there is a red rectangular button under a small panel near the disk drive. Click those buttons at, or near, the same time. Then just press a button on the Wiimote and it will be synced with the Wii.

Have tried that H but thanks anyway. There doesn't appear to be any life in the mote as none of the blue lights light up at all. It appears dead though it hasn't been abused or overused.
