Loft Conversions - Benchmark Lofts

A very very big recommendation for Benchmark Lofts who were terrific and a big change form the original company we had engaged and who had no idea of communication or customer service Tom was onsite every day and despite the usual small hitches along the way completed the work ahead of time and on budget. The finished loft was much better than we had hoped and the quality of all the workmanship very high. All his employees were incredibly polite and ensured there was virtually no disruption or mess during the build. The whole process was the least stressful work we have ever had done (we have had a lot like most people in Dulwich) and I really cannot recommend Tom enough. Oh and compared to the sky-high fees of some of the other companies the cost was very fair :)

Hello there, any more you can tell me about your experience with Benchmark would be greatly appreciated. How long did it take? Can you give me a rough guide as to the cost? We're looking at a 2 bed 1 bath dormer loft. Thanks! :)
