Honest hourly professional cleaner needed who can provide receipts!

Hi all

We are vacating a rented property at the start of November and our Landlords insist on the property being cleaned professionally. Myself and my partner are both extremely clean and we will have cleaned the oven, hobs, oven hood, bathroom, sink, floors, windows, window frames and hoovered and dusted everywhere by the time you arrive. There will be no furniture in the house. It is a small 2 bedroom terraced house.

They insist we need a professional cleaner to attend so ideally I would like someone who is honest enough to say how much cleaning is actually needed and bill us for it on the day. We need a receipt that we can show to the landlord.

Thanks

    • Thanks, yes I need the y piece for the water to go to IN both washing machine AND the dishwasher but the y piece doesn’t fit on the B yellow pipe…  I’m not worried about the waste pipe for now, I’m just concerned about the supply to get water in to both appliances
    • Not sure about the word “input” - do you mean outflow / waste ? Red figure A looks like the sink overflow. If B is the washing machine outflow then that’s where you want your Y fitting. ( assuming all above conjecture is correct). I’d put a cap on that chrome threaded dead connection too. Don’t just rely on the valve. It all looks a bit of a mess TBH 🫣.
    • Yard Sale does have some seating but not as much as FM.
    • Can anyone recommend a local private swimming teacher or class provision for 3 year olds? We lost our place after the closure of Dulwich Leisure Centre and I can’t seem to find any availability and/or venues that take under 4s? Ideally it would be weekends but potentially Friday if I didn’t need to get in with him. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks!
