Hi everyone,

I live on Upland Road and just wanted to tell you that my pop-up restaurant, fodder, has arrived in East Dulwich after a sell-out run at Borough Wines on Essex Road. Our chefs are both alumni of Simon Rogan's Michelin-starred restaurant Fera at Claridge's, and fodder follows in his footsteps by using sustainable, local and seasonal produce to create fine (but fun) dining.

The usual full length tasting menu costs ?35 per person, but we're offering a special price for Tuesdays and Wednesdays when the chefs are running an exciting development kitchen to test out all their new ideas. You'll be able to have 2 courses for ?20 or 3 for ?25.

Up first is:

- Ox cheek, celeriac and smoked egg yolk 'ravioli'

- Crispy lamb shoulder, squash and sheep's yoghurt

- Buttermilk mousse, damson and Earl Grey

Platform 1's amazing wine list will of course also be on offer.

I've put links to some of our press at the bottom, where you can also drool over photos of the food.

Bookings can be made here: www.platform1.london. If you have any questions, please do contact us on [email protected], and follow our Instagram @fodderpopup. It would be great to see some friendly local faces!

Thanks,

Jenny and the fodder team

    • Surely that depends on the amount.  It can be quite piffling.
    • Apparently a tourist tax was Raynor's idea, but Reeves has put the kibosh on it because of the push-back she'll get from businesses
    • But a larger number, in a more hotly contested election, didn't. It is an anomaly that Starmer won a landslide in seats with a turnout for Labour which would have shamed Labour leaders in all the 21st and much of the post war 20th century.
    • I was not suggesting anything else!   I'm not sure how you interpret what I said  as "irrelevant"? I was responding to a post saying that Corbyn was "unelectable". My point was that a  large number  of the electorate  voted for him!
