Looking for advice on buying/fitting external French doors

I want to change some PVC french doors for external oak doors, and I am looking for advice on where to source them, and how to arrange measuring and fitting, with a registered door/ window specialist.

If anyone has had a good experience with doing this, I'd really appreciate hearing about it.

Hi Hannah,

I would recommend contacting a specialist timber window and door company, like The Sash Window Workshop (www.sashwindow.com). Check that any company you go with are FENSA registered, as you will need a FENSA certificate if you sell your house in the future to show that it complies with building regs!
