short let for family of 4

We are looking for a short let till mid/end November as our house buying is taking longer, but our flat is being sold.

We are 2 adults, 2 children(8 and 5) and our cat, but if thats an issue he would just go to a cat hotel for the time being.

I've just seen your post and our family house is available from now until Christmas.

It's located in Honor Oak in a lovely and very family-friendly community close very near to One Tree Hill and the train station. It is detached and quite quirky and unusual, with 3 beds and 2 baths, very appealing to young families. Please see attached pics. It's just been let to a lovely family with two children who have just moved to Berlin.

We were thinking of a rent of around ?8-900 per week but are happy to negotiate a fair price.

The property is just 10 mins drive from Barry Rd/Lordship Lane SE22. It is huge and vacant from 8th December, the current tenants have been there 2 years and previous tenants 3 years with before that over 5 years and all have loved the space and property. .
