Keeping a 8yr old and 12 yr old from boredom in e.dulwich

Hello..my good friends are visiting me on Saturday with their 8 yrs and 12yrs son's via public transport from west London.. I don't have Sky tv...boys games or computer for them to use..looking for ideas to do before or after I feed them lunch.

How about the Horniman? - lots of things to do and see inside and out. Lots of room outside to drain energy!

Thanks..would need to be something to occupy them at my home or close by as they will have a long journey to reach me for lunch..i am trying to think of fun things that doesn't take us too far away from home..horimon is good. Although the youngest went there recently on a school trip.

If you go to the Horniman book tickets asap for the butterfly house - they go v quickly.

Fabulous swimming pools, also a climbing wall and other things they could do if they want to burn off a bit of steam
