About 20 years ago my brother and I were hooked on a game called 'Willy' (he was a worm). It came 'free' with the Amstrad that my dad bought. Basically it involved Willy going up different levels and eating/dodging things to get there (pretty usual format I guess). If any of you can find it so that somehow I can play it again, I'll buy you a pint (or three) at the next ED forum meet up.

nothing to do with the offer of a pint or anything, but....I think you should be able to download it from one of these sites...

My girlfriend's brother bought a Wii back from Hong Kong a few months back. We all gathered round in her flat, enthusiastically playing the bowling game - which was fun for 10 minutes. But then my arm started hurting. And I pointed out that there was a real bowling alley a 5 minute walk away, which is a lot more fun.

Yes, but Jezza they're not open at 3am when you're crippled by alcohol and looking to resolve a conversational dispute in an non-confrontational manner!

Besides, if that were a St Reatham Superbowl you'd only be the victim of a 40-strong steamer gang mugging ;-)

PS. Mincer Willy! Ho ho! Someone call Island - this has to be a winner!

You b@$stard.

My neighbour when I was a kid, Geoff 'divot' Burkimshire, used to own one of those, but whenever I went round he wouldn't play because it was "boring". He was a total $h1thead. He couldn't imagine what it was like to live in a family of teachers...

Pretty rubbish name too, and I bet he's still got it, along with his allergies.

    • Clicking on your name, I see you've made seven posts on here in around four years, and they've all been about local libraries. And none of them very pleasant. Care to share with the rest of us where  your particular interest in libraries comes from? Do you work in one of them?
    • Kam was with us last week to wallpaper a bedroom. He was a pleasure to deal with and did a fantastic job - very neat and matched the tricky pattern very well. Would certainly use again.
    • What a bunch of pieholes. 2025 and you peasants have nothing to be grateful for. I have been inside the library recently and honestly the old girl is crying for a facelift, the goddamn carpet looks like it survived the world war and some. The Library is one of the oldest in Southwark and you are crying about a study place? What a bunch of bullshit. You have libraries all around you for your kids to go their studying you rotten sausage. How about be happy that the library is going to look absolutely stunning rather than be a whining bitch about it   Also, I have been told that the staffs have to work in the smaller libraries together. How do you think they feel?
    • I would like to recommend Aaron, who has just finished 5 days plastering work in my house. He is professional , polite, tidy, punctual and reliable. He did a fantastic job, a good price and a top quality finish. Highly recommended! Aaron Manser 07773 410661
