Saw this on the Greenwich Council Twitter.

Does anyone know of similar plans for East Dulwich/Peckham Rye etc. Of course will all be dependent on the ELL extension....

Overland from Honor Oak will get you to Dalston Junction - change there I think for Stratford & Olympics. Probably better than trying to get into and out of central London.

Bearing in mind that Olympics events are all over the city it remains to be seen what the options will be to get to them.

Probably of more relevance is how to get to work - that may not be so simple, depending on what Southern, TfL, Southeastern etc etc come up with in detail. The modelling is supposedly driven by locations of people buying tickets.

Normal commuter flows are supposed to be 25% down on normal for that time of year. But that depends on your employer in each individual case obviously.

Easier to use the Overground as far as Canada Water then use the Jubilee Line to Stratford, if not Shadwell for the DLR with a change at Poplar.

You can stay on the Overground (since it was extended to Highbury and Islington) and change at Canonbury for the Stratford Overground service.
