Builder/roofer recommendation to investigate damp please

We have a damp wall on the top floor of our house. We have had a damp specialist and a roofing company try to sort it out in the past without success. We are looking for a recommendation for someone who will be able to investigate the problem and fix it for us. I'm thinking that we need someone who is a builder and a roofer.

Anyone have any recommendations for us?
