Character House/flat Wanted

We are a couple with a 6 yr old daughter attending school in Dulwich. We are seeking a new home between January and March 2018. It could be a 3-5 bedroom house or flat preferably with a bright modern kitchen, garden and some historical character. We are somewhat flexible on location (although the closer to the village the better) and prepared to make a multi year commitment for the right place.
