New yoga class starting Monday 6th November.


Hatha yoga is suitable for all abilities from beginner to experienced,

Mondays 10.30-11.30am at Goose Green Clinic, 57 East Dulwich Rd, SE22 9AP

During our session we will stretch, strengthen, relax, and leave feeling refreshed and recharged.

cost ?12 per class, or ?50 for 5 classes

If you're free tomorrow morning I highly recommend Elizabeth's classes. I have been practising with her for years and find her classes good for all levels..strengthening and relaxing at the same time....It would be a great start to the week (shame I'm working!)

      I hadn't looked at the actual posts on Instagram. That's sad, then. The shop opening hours are still shown at the top of the page. I  guess changing them wasn't uppermost in her mind under the circumstances.

      I want to recommend the kitchen fitters Top Marx kitchens. They were excellent from the communication, the planning and the fitting. John did a fantastic job of of fitting and worked around and solved many of the issues we had with Ikea who we purchased from. John gave lots of helpful advice and support. We would definitely use them again for any kitchen work. I have added before and after photos.

      Yes The lease ran out on the shop. So chi chi ra ra will only be online or at the various fairs. It says on her instagram
