Hello,

As my firstborn has decided that between his buggy board and his bike he is 'much too big' for a pushchair, and our second-born's screaming has made her loving father run screaming for the snip, the time has come to part with our Joie Aire Twin Pushchair.

It's been a fantastic pushchair and done everything that we needed it to do with having such a small age gap between our children (I'll post some links to other, more gushing reviews and the more technical specs at the bottom of the page). Big thumbs up from me for a few reasons though:

1. You can recline the seats independently so if either of them needs a nap then bingo, it's easy.

2. Its narrow enough to wheel in and out of my front door, so no struggling with the kids in the wind/rain (to get them out at least - coming home another matter entirely, but that's not the pushchair's fault(!)).

3. HUGE basket. I can fit my baby bag and several others under here, or a few bags and my son's balance bike when he does get sick of riding it.

4. Folds very compactly so easy to store discreetly in house.

I must confess I agonised over the double-pushchair dilemma for quite some time and ended up buying two (I'm also selling a 2013 Uppababy Vista with all the bells and whistles - buggy board, rumble seat etc - should you be interested in that instead) but this one exceeded expectations. As I've had the two pushchairs (this one is about 6 months old) I'd say that the usage has been relatively light; its mostly just gone to Peckham Rye and back.

Selling with original Joie Double rain cover, the two pink/blue seat pads and two Clair De Lune black footmuffs which fit perfectly (one has never been used as my son objected to having his feet covered - the joys of toddlers!).

Two things to mention about its condition:

1. The padding on the straps of one seat have apparently completely disappeared. Will look in the loft but may well end up being sold as-is.

2. There are two velcro dots just above the head on the RHS as you look at the pushchair as I used these to attach the footmuffs. Sort of did the job but didn't quite withstand my daughter's wiggling as I'd hoped. I can try and remove them but just conscious they may leave a mark and she has never complained about it.

Asking for ?70 ONO. Pick up in Ivydale Road, Nunhead and you're very welcome to come and have a look at it first.
