au pair / student wanted from January

We are looking for a live-in au pair (or possibly a local student) who can help after school with our 13 year old daughter. Cook evening meal, help around the house and generally be a companion to a fun teenager. Hours generally only 4.30-7.30pm Mon to Friday but would require flexibility for "babysitting" as both parents often work evenings. The job might really suit a student in London. Great accommodation in lovely house in East Dulwich. Email if interested for full details.

  Sure, for as long as that idiot is in the White House. For starters, let's stop buying anything from Amazon and use UK suppliers only. Here's a few other businesses/services we could easily do without:- Google ( use Qwant instead) Paypal ( use Wise, Revolut or Skrill - all UK based) eBay ( use Vinted) Tesla (plenty of alternatives) Apple ( Samsung with Android is better value) Cadburys (USA owned since 2010) here are a few other brands we could easily find alternatives Procter & Gamble (P&G): (Gillette, Pampers, Ariel, Pantene, Tide). PepsiCo: (Pepsi, Frito-Lay, Quaker Oats, Gatorade). Coca-Cola Company: (Coca-Cola, Dasani, Minute Maid). Kraft Heinz: (Heinz Ketchup, Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, Oscar Mayer). Campbell Soup Company: (Campbell's Soups, Pepperidge Farm).
