Looking for a meeting room

Hello. I am a locally based fully qualified and accredited business coach who is also certified as a coach with a national network called The Bird Table. TBT runs business development groups for 6 women at a time, who each commit to meeting once a month for 3 months. I am looking for a meeting room where I can host an ED Bird Table group for one morning a month between 9.30am and 11.30am. The aim of the group is to enable and empower more women to grow their businesses. To keep participation as cost-effective as possible, I need a minimum cost (or free!) venue.
