Advice on usual conditions when employing a nanny

Hoping to get some advice; we're thinking to employ a nanny from next year to care for our two daughters (4, going to nursery school three days a week, and 1 year old) four days a week. What is a normal nanny salary, and what variables does it depend on? Normal leave allowances? Anything else we should be thinking of in terms of core conditions? Thanks for your help!
