Recommendations for Management Companies for Flats

Hi, Looking for a recommendation for a management company to take over the current ones in a purpose built block of flats. If anyone can recommend or know of a good responsible firm, I would be most grateful. Also, any advice for how we can go about getting rid of the current ones would be great. Thank you in advance.

  This should be relatively straightforward and very cheap. It might also be something your seller took out when they bought that can be passed on to you.
