Recommendations for Management Companies for Flats

Hi,

Looking for a recommendation for a management company to take over the current ones in a purpose built block of flats.

If anyone can recommend or know of a good responsible firm, I would be most grateful.

Also, any advice for how we can go about getting rid of the current ones would be great.
