Used and new solid oak flooring from Natural Wood Floor Co. 21.5sq m, ?350

We have a lot of flooring left over from a recent refurbishment.

There are 2 batches:

Roughly 18 sq m used floor boards

Exactly 3.5 sq m new boards

The boards are solid oak, tongue and groove, 20mm thick, 125mm wide and various lengths. They were bought natural and have been sealed. The Natural Wood Flooring Co don?t do this exact floor anymore but the closest is this (the boards are just 5mm wider), which retails at ?43.33 per m/sq:

It would still be possible to match these if necessary as the difference in width wouldn?t be noticeable (I had looked into this before we decided to replace the whole floor).

I can?t be exact about the sq m coverage of the used boards as they were taken out by the builders and a few boards could have gone into the skip. However I?ve been conservative in my estimate. The boards are in a used condition ? splattered with quite a lot of plaster and dusty from the build (they were on a part of the floor that was to the side of the extension we had done). Before this superficial dirt the floor was in good condition and the colour had mellowed to a nice shade, so they wouldn?t necessarily need sanding back. The rear of the boards have glue attached so that would be a consideration when re-laying. A photo of the same floor as still exists in our hallway is attached, along with photos of the boards.

The brand new boards are still in sealed packages so are in mint condition.
