Fidgetsmum
Great. Thanks very much. I pureed and pureed for my daughter but my son is so different and at 5 months is just grabbing things out of my hands whenever he can - I'm stopping him from getting anything, but it feels wrong, so I thought I'd research some blw. EmmaDoran
We've been doing BLW for a month now and I bought both the book and the cookbook. Wouldn't really bother with either - just read the website, it tells you everything that you need to know plus there are recipes if you want them. http://www.baby-led.com/http://www.babyledweaning.com/ Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/17576-baby-led-weaning/#findComment-441801 Share on other sites
MichelleT
Haven't got the cookbook, but seems a bit silly as the whole idea is the baby eats what you eat, within reason. gebbjane
I found the cookbook quite useful - think you can get away with just getting that as first couple of chapters talks about what baby led weaning is. The recipes then have meal ideas for the whole family but what I found useful were the recipies and ideas for snacks as my daughter prefers to eat little and often- the bannana muffins being the biggest hit.
