2 Bedroom let with garden needed from mid January for 5/6 months

I?m having some building work done on my house and so I?m looking for a two double bedroom place for my family to let for 5/6 months from the middle of January. We have a very well behaved, 11 year old golden retriever and so will need a garden too. My children go to Belham and Goose Green school, so anywhere in walking distance to these schools would be great.
