I put this free website together primarily to help people without a lot of knowledge of the countryside close to SE London to get out and enjoy country walks. I've included train info and practical stuff - pubs and the like. Apologies to those who've seen this before... https://localkentwalks.com/

Thanks again for your excellent site - we did the Shoreham 3.5 mile circular today with the kids and absolutely loved it. So easy by train, and it felt like a world away!

Popped some pics up on my blog: https://hernehillmum.com/2018/01/14/walk-shoreham/

I read somewhere that Edinburgh is doing this next year? Charges of this kind are becoming common around the world. I think it absolutely makes sense for Southwark and other boroughs are bound to follow.
