Hopefully Christmas holidays are working out well in your house. To be honest, as lovely as it is, it can be a wee bit of a mixed bag in ours. Hormones, co-habiting with young peeps, late nights and living a long way from ageing parents means that emotions can flare. I have created this hypnotic audio to give inner peace a chance for myself and my clients this Christmas. It feels important to use this holiday to relax and get ready for new beginning in 2018. Wouldn't it be wonderful to arrive at the beginning of January feeling rested and ready for a good new year.

      Vance seems to be  as bad as Trump. If Trump is assassinated, wouldn't Vance just step up to be president? Or doesn't it work like that?

      I doubt it was the ice cream.   Lots of winter bugs around.   Noro virus is around ATM and it can have a sudden onset.   It is horrible to see little ones being ill but hopefully it will pass soon.   Call 111 if you are concerned.
